With an extensive career at OLG, I successfully spearheaded a range of creative projects, leaving a lasting impact on the brand's recognition and generating significant returns.
As OLG transitioned into an increasingly digital landscape, I led a team in presenting stakeholders with the innovative concept of a POS Digital Menu Boards. Collaborating with vendor partners, we seamlessly implemented digital screens across more than 150 locations, displaying comprehensive product offers and enticing specials.
To create a more contemporary and accessible online gaming realm, I played a crucial role in the launch of OLG's new website on the innovative AEM platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams in CX, marketing, research, legal, FLS, AODA, and dedicated external vendors, we crafted an exhilarating gaming experience for end users.
Furthermore, I actively participated in the redesign and marketing overhaul of the OLG Prize Centre at Yonge and Dundas. By implementing vibrant digital screens we showcased the creative expertise of my team, leaving visitors impressed with an immersive visual experience.
